Responsibilities

- Safely operate a Class A commercial truck across U.S. routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment when necessary, ensuring proper handling and securement
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, freight delivery details, and route documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse teams, and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly




- Perform light automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to keep trucks in optimal condition
- Assist with forklift operation for loading/unloading freight and managing warehouse inventory when required

Qualifications

- Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in commercial driving on U.S. routes, with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts confidently and safely
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and securement techniques
- Basic automotive repair skills for routine maintenance checks and minor fixes
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively
- Physical ability to load/unload freight, operate heavy machinery, and perform inspections as needed
