Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Chess Instructor to teach chess classes. In this role, you will inspire students of all ages to develop their strategic thinking and problem-solving skills through engaging instruction. Your enthusiasm and clear communication will help foster a love for chess while ensuring a positive learning environment.

Duties

- Conduct engaging chess classes for students across different age groups and skill levels
- Organize and oversee chess tournament within the centre will be preferred.
- Communicate progress and feedback effectively to students and parents or guardians
- Maintain a safe, inclusive,



and motivating classroom environment that encourages active participation
- Support the organization of special events related to chess education and community engagement

Qualifications

- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching chess to diverse age groups
- Solid communication skills to clearly explain strategies and concepts
- Classroom experience or experience managing group activities with children or teens
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring students in strategic games like chess
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to different skill levels
- Knowledge of chess rules, tactics, strategies, and tournament procedures is essential
- Marking kids work and maintian attendance records.
