As Chief
Engineer, your leadership will include supervising shift engineers and meeting Saskatchewan safety regulations. Additionally, you will engage in budgeting and operational efficiency planning for the steam plant. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of high-pressure steam systems
- Champion safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Supervise engineers with second to fourth class tickets
- Assist in budget and capital planning for the plant
- Coordinate with Building Operations on auxiliary equipment Requirements:
- Valid second-class power engineering ticket needed
- Refrigeration engineers’ certificate is essential
- Proven experience with high-pressure steam plants
- Strong mechanical capabilities and familiarity with tools
