Position Summary

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, planning, and reporting. In this role, you will manage financial operations, oversee budgeting, and support organizational decision-making. This position is based in Alberta.

Responsibilities

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Manage cash flow and financial risk
- Prepare and review financial statements
- Coordinate with departments on financial goals
- Monitor compliance with financial regulations
- Support strategic planning and investment decisions
- Lead and develop the finance team

Requirements
- Experience in a senior financial management role
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
- Proficiency with accounting software and financial tools
- Strategic thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Qualified accounting designation (CPA) is preferred

Pay: $85,956.35-$229,042.51 per year
