Dr. Brown Chiropractic is seeking a CCHPBC-licensed Chiropractor to provide maternity leave coverage for a guaranteed six-month period beginning in November 2026, with the possibility of extension.

This is a unique opportunity to step directly into a busy, established caseload of approximately 90–140 patient visits per week with full administrative support. There is no need to build a patient base or manage the front desk. You can focus on treating patients and completing your clinical documentation while our reception team handles the rest.

The Opportunity The locum will assume Dr. Megan Brown's established caseload for the duration of her maternity leave.

Position details:

- Guaranteed 6-month term: November 2026 – May 2027
- Possibility of extension beyond the initial six months
- Independent contractor
- 60/40 split. Locum receives 60% of collected billings
- Approximately 90–140 patient visits per week
- Established patient base from day one
- No requirement to build or market your own practice
- Full reception coverage Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
- Reception handles patient booking and scheduling, billing and payments, and treatment-room cleaning and turnover

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a chiropractor who is confident, personable, reliable, and comfortable managing a busy and varied caseload.

Applicants must be licensed and in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC).

The ideal candidate will

- Have robust adjusting and clinical assessment skills
- Be comfortable managing a high-volume caseload
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients
- Be comfortable incorporating soft-tissue techniques and rehabilitation when appropriate
- Value patient education and evidence-informed practice
- Be dependable and committed to providing continuity of care
- Work well with our reception and senior chiropractor.

Experience is an asset; however, we are open to the right newer graduate who is clinically confident and comfortable stepping into an established caseload.
