Role Description The Citrix Provisioning Services Senior Consultant is a remote, contract role responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Citrix Provisioning Services infrastructure for client environments. Daily activities include assessing existing environments, gathering requirements, and developing technical architectures that support scalable, secure, and high-performing virtual desktop and application delivery.

The consultant will perform deployments, upgrades, and migrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement best practices for Citrix PVS, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, and related components. This role collaborates closely with client stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives, document configurations and procedures,



and provide knowledge transfer and training to client teams. The consultant also participates in performance tuning, capacity planning, and security hardening to ensure stable and efficient operations.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to assess client environments, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize Citrix Provisioning Services solutions.
- Consulting experience, including requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management in technical and business contexts.
- Excellent Communication abilities to explain technical concepts clearly, create documentation, and deliver presentations or training.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring responsive support, clear expectations, and reliable delivery of outcomes.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Citrix Provisioning Services, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, and Citrix Cloud or related technologies.
- Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing), and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Background in designing and implementing high-availability, secure, and scalable virtual desktop/application environments.
- Relevant certifications such as Citrix Certified Expert (CCE-V), Citrix Certified Professional (CCP-V), or equivalent are highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple client engagements, and meet project deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
