Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Civil foreman to join our construction team. In this vital role, you will lead and oversee civil engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring all work aligns with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and project specifications. Your expertise will drive the successful delivery of infrastructure projects, utilizing your strong foundation in construction management and technical skills to coordinate teams, manage resources, and uphold the highest standards of excellence.

Duties

- Lead civil construction projects by developing detailed plans, schedules, and budgets using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and ProCore.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of project designs.
- Supervise on-site construction activities, providing guidance to subcontractors and team members to maintain safety, quality control, and efficiency.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor project progress through regular site inspections, quality control checks, and progress reporting.




- Manage project documentation including daily logs, incident reports, and change orders using Bluebeam or similar digital tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly, adjust schedules as needed, and ensure project milestones are met within budget constraints.

Experience

- Proven experience in civil construction management with a strong background in supervising teams on large-scale projects.
- Extensive knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, and scheduling processes.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, and other industry-standard tools.
- Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately interpret project requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to implement quality control measures and enforce safety protocols on-site.
- Prior experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
