This role is ideal for someone withhands‑on contractor-side experiencewho can independently develop estimates and contribute practical construction insight on marine infrastructure projects.

Compensation
- $100,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualification
What You’ll Do
- Develop competitive cost estimates and bid proposals
- Lead tender preparation and submission
- Identify new public and private bid opportunities
- Review project bids with senior leadership
- Build and maintain detailed construction schedules
- Host project kickoff meetings with site leadership
- Oversee daily cost tracking and project controls
- Coordinate materials, subcontractors, internal crews, and equipment
- Maintain strong client relationships and assist with contract negotiations
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements
- Prepare and issue change orders
- Advise leadership on claims, risks, and project issues
- Manage invoicing and subcontractor progress draws
- Lead, coach, and mentor direct reports
- Promote and enforce a zero-compromise safety culture
- Implement project management best practices specific to marine construction
- Tackle other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years estimating and managing large-scale, multidisciplinary civil or marine projects
- 5+ years’ experience as a PM, Construction Manager, or Site Superintendent overseeing large field crews (50+ workers)
- Civil Engineering degree or Civil Technology diploma (required)
- PMP certification is a plus
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- A proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
