We're looking for a skilled 2nd Year Cladding Installer to join our team in the Red Deer/Blackfalds, Alberta area. This is a excellent prospect for someone with foundational experience looking to continue building their career in the construction trades.

Responsibilities:

- Install exterior cladding systems (metal, ACM, etc.) with increasing independence
- Accurately measure, cut, and fit cladding materials to specification
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Assist in mentoring 1st year installers and apprentices
- Identify and troubleshoot minor installation issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite
- Assist with material handling,



equipment setup, and site coordination

Requirements

- Minimum 2 year of hands-on cladding installation experience
- Working knowledge of cladding materials, tools, and installation techniques
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- A valid driver's license and operational vehicle
- Ability to read basic blueprints and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality of work
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
