Key Responsibilities

- Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections according to Alberta Transportation regulations.

- Safe Operations: Safely operate commercial Class 3 vehicles with manual transmisson.

- Loading and Unloading: Perform protected loading and unloading procedures.

- Compliance: Strictly adhere to pre/post trip inspections and compete required paperwork.

- Communication: Maintain clear communication with dispatch and clients. Fluent in reading, writing and speaking english.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Licence: Valid Class 3 Driver’s Licence

- Driver’s Abstract: Clean commercial driver’s abstract.

- Experience:



Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class 3 driving experience with 1 year vac truck experience. Winter driving experience and ability to use chains is required.

- Certifications: Common Safety Orientation (CSO), Transportation of Dangerous Goods, WHMIS, ability to work on Oil Sands sites without restriction

- Physical Ability: Capability to sit for long periods, perform manual labor (including lifting, chaining, and tarping), and work in all weather conditions.

- Pre Employment testing

- 14/7 rotational day/night shift

Pay: $500.00-$600.00 per day
