We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team as a Cleaner / Event Setup Attendant. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming facility while assisting with the setup and teardown of events. The successful candidate should be able to work independently as well as part of a team and have strong attention to detail.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Clean and maintain event spaces, washrooms, common areas, and other areas of the facility. Cleaning includes bar restaurant and solarium area

· Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and perform general cleaning duties.

· Empty garbage and recycling and replace liners as required.

· Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and other event equipment.

· Set up tables, chairs, and other items according to event floor plans.

· Assist with event tear-down and return rooms to their proper setup following events.

· Ensure event spaces are clean, organized, and ready before guests arrive.

· Restock cleaning supplies, washroom supplies, and other necessary items.

· Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned.

· Identify and report maintenance, safety, or cleaning concerns to management.

· Follow all workplace health, safety, hygiene, and cleaning procedures.





· Assist staff with additional event setup or cleaning duties as required.

· Fulfill any additional duties as delegated by management.

· Early morning cleaning perfected and required to ensure the facility is ready prior to the prior top events and bar/restaurant opening

Job Qualifications:

· Previous cleaning, janitorial, banquet, or event setup experience is an asset.

· Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

· Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and remain standing for extended periods.

· Physically able to bend, lift, carry, and move tables, chairs, and event equipment.

· Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, as required.

· Good communication and customer service skills.
