Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial facilities, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas to uphold high standards of hygiene.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to ensure effective results.
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, reporting repairs, and ensuring cleanliness of all fixtures.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain consistency across all areas.
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling processes to promote environmentally responsible practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning duties are completed promptly and thoroughly.




- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements

- Proven experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, buffers, or floor scrubbers safely and effectively.
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the shift.
- Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs or reporting larger issues promptly.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during scheduled shifts.
- Reliable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic committed to delivering quality results.
