We are currently looking for a Building Cleaner to join our growing cleaning team. This is a subcontract position working in residential apartment buildings.
Job Responsibilities
- Cleaning residential apartment common areas
- Mopping lobbies and hallways
- Garbage removal
- Vacuuming carpets
- Cleaning laundry rooms
- Ensuring buildings are maintained to a high standard
- (For Team Lead) Supervising staff and ensuring tasks are completed properly
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Team lead or supervisory experience is an asset
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Able to work independently
- Must have valid documentation to work as a subcontractor
