General Cleaner / Cleaning Technician

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Cleaner / Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred, although Spanish is not required. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work efficiently both independently and alongside another team member.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning of interiors, surfaces, floors, and other areas using professional cleaning products and equipment.

Vacuum, wipe, scrub, sanitize, steam clean, and remove dirt, stains, dust, and debris as required.

Use cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, sprayers, and other professional cleaning tools.

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and make sure assigned work is completed thoroughly.

Organize and maintain cleaning supplies, equipment, towels, and work areas.

Work efficiently as part of a two-person cleaning team when required.

Follow proper procedures for the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Identify areas requiring additional cleaning and complete final quality checks before finishing a job.

Requirements





Previous professional cleaning experience is an asset but is not required. Training can be provided.

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

Strong attention to detail.

Able to work at a steady pace while maintaining quality.

Comfortable performing physical work, including standing, bending, reaching, and working with cleaning equipment for extended periods.

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable transportation is an asset.

Schedule

Part-time position with opportunities for additional hours based on workload.

Weekend availability is preferred.

Compensation

Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and ability.

We are looking for someone dependable who is willing to learn and takes responsibility for the quality of their work. Experience is helpful, but attitude, reliability, work ethic, and attention to detail are the most significant qualities for this position.
