Position Summary

We are looking for a Client Advisor to assist clients with their housing needs and provide personalized support. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the selection and booking process, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities

- Assist clients in selecting suitable housing options based on their needs.
- Manage booking and reservation processes efficiently.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Coordinate with property teams to ensure smooth check-ins and stays.
- Resolve client concerns and issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.

- Previous experience in client service, hospitality, or a related role.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.

Pay: $35,200.00-$78,692.86 per year
