Position Summary
We are looking for a Client Advisor to manage client relationships and provide guidance on our office space solutions. You will work with clients to understand their requirements, present available options, and support them throughout the process. Your role is key to ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and provide information about available office spaces and services.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions based on their requirements.
- Coordinate site visits and guide clients through the selection process.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and other documentation for client approvals.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Update client records and maintain accurate documentation of interactions.
Requirements
