What You’ll Be Doing

As our Client Care Manager, you’ll be the face of our organization in the community and a trusted guide for families looking for support.

You will:

- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, retirement residences, hospitals, hospices, and community partners
- Meet with potential clients and families to understand their needs and create customized care solutions
- Conduct in-home Care Consultations and Quality Assurance visits
- Help families feel confident, supported, and cared for during emotional and significant life transitions
- Develop referral relationships and maintain ongoing partnerships within the healthcare community
- Work closely with our scheduling and caregiving teams to ensure exceptional client experiences
- Identify opportunities to improve client care plans and overall satisfaction
- Be a problem solver, advocate, communicator, and relationship builder all in one

Position Details

- Hours: 8:30am–5:00pm, with occasional evenings for consultations
- Travel required throughout Muskoka and surrounding areas: Bracebridge, Port Carling, Gravenhurst, Huntsville, Orillia, Rama, and Severn
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
- Mileage reimbursement provided
