Position Summary

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain solid relationships with our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client needs are understood and addressed while supporting the delivery of marketing programs.

Responsibilities

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the main contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance.
- Identify opportunities to expand services with current clients.

Requirements

- Previous experience in client relationship management, account management, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.

Pay: $38,506.01-$103,929.09 per year
