In this role, you'll be an important part of our vision care team, helping ensure a positive patient experience from appointment booking through to the completion of their visit. Whether you're experienced in healthcare or customer service, or looking to start a rewarding new career, we provide full training to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments for eye examinations
- Perform pre-examination testing and prepare patients for their appointments
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Process payments and assist patients with billing inquiries
- Provide professional, friendly service and support throughout the patient visit
- Assist with general clinic administration and day-to-day operations
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working with computers and maintaining accurate records
- Previous experience in a healthcare, medical office, or customer service environment is an asset, but not required
- Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
