About the Role

At Medical Eye Consultants, our patient experience starts the moment someone walks through our front doors. We are seeking a friendly, warm, and dependable Clinic Host & Patient Concierge to join our team.

In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, ensuring every patient feels comfortable, supported, and cared for from arrival to departure. This is an ideal position for anyone passionate about delivering top-tier customer service in a high-care medical environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Warm Patient Greetings: Greet every patient with a genuine smile as they arrive ("Hello, welcome to Medical Eye Consultants! How are you doing today?") and invite them to take a seat in our waiting area.
- Patient Guidance: Assist our ophthalmic technicians by calling patients from the waiting area and pleasantly guiding them to their exam rooms.
- Clinic Flow Support: Keep the waiting area welcoming, comfortable, and organized.
- Warm Farewells:



Ensure patients leave on a positive note with a friendly smile and a warm checkout greeting ("Have a wonderful day!").
- Positive Energy: Maintain a calm, positive, and helpful attitude throughout the day to put patients at ease.

What We Are Looking For

- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and attentive to clinic needs.
- Clear Communication: Excellent spoken communication skills and strong professional presence.
- Mobility: Comfortable standing, walking across the clinic, and guiding patients throughout the shift.
- No prior medical experience required—we are looking for the right positive attitude!
