We are seeking an outgoing, professional, and motivated Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our wellness clinic. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure a smooth patient experience
- Lead, support, and motivate the clinic team
- Manage scheduling, staff coordination, and day-to-day administrative needs
- Handle patient concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Support clinic growth, promotions, and team performance
- Assist with social media initiatives and content creation

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of management experience – mandatory
- Previous management experience in a physiotherapy clinic – essential
- Experience in a healthcare, wellness or physiotherapy
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills




- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and scheduling software
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and initiative
- Ability to take direction while confidently leading a team
- Interest or experience in social media and content creation is an asset

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
