Responsibilities

- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures to create a welcoming environment
- Prepare examination rooms by ensuring cleanliness, sterilization, and readiness of medical supplies
- Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures with necessary equipment and documentation
- Collect patient information, including vital signs, medical histories, and current medications accurately and efficiently
- Administer medications or injections under supervision, following strict safety protocols and medical guidelines
- Maintain detailed and organized patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments,



managing patient flow, and handling documentation

Skills

- Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of patient care principles and compassionate communication skills
- Proficiency in medical terminology to accurately document and communicate clinical information
- Ability to assist with medication administration safely and effectively under supervision
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for record keeping and task management
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of infection control practices and sterilization procedures
