Clinical Business Intelligence Manager (AI Training)
About The Role
What if your expertise in healthcare analytics could directly shape how AI understands clinical data — and ultimately influence patient outcomes at scale? We're looking for an experienced Clinical Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics initiatives that bridge the gap between complex healthcare data and real-world decision-making.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for senior professionals who know how to turn raw clinical data into trusted, actionable intelligence.
- Organization: Alignerr
- Type: Hourly Contract
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
- Build, maintain, and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance datasets to surface meaningful trends that support leadership decisions and improve care delivery
- Translate complex healthcare data into clear, trusted insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure data quality and governance standards are upheld across all reporting systems and analytical outputs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align BI solutions with clinical priorities and organizational goals
Who You Are
- Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics,
business intelligence, or health data management
- Proven track record designing and managing BI systems — dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models at scale
- Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
- A natural leader who can guide and develop a team while staying hands-on with complex analytical challenges
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and committed to data integrity and accuracy
- Strong communicator who can present insights clearly to diverse audiences
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with how large language models (LLMs) are trained or evaluated
- Experience applying BI in value-based care, population health, or clinical quality improvement contexts
- Background working alongside AI research teams or contributing to AI-driven healthcare initiatives
Why Join Us
- Work at the intersection of clinical intelligence and cutting-edge AI with world-leading research teams
- Fully remote and versatile — structure your hours around your life, not the other way around
- Freelance autonomy with the substance of genuinely impactful, technically demanding work
- Gain direct exposure to advanced LLMs and how they are trained on complex, real-world datasets
- Collaborate with a global network of experts across healthcare, data science, and AI research
- Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as projects evolve and expand
