What You'll Do

- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in building dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
- Design, maintain, and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to uncover meaningful trends and support high-stakes decisions
- Translate complex healthcare datasets into clear, trusted insights that drive improvements in care delivery and organizational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics outputs with real-world clinical and business priorities
- Apply your domain expertise to evaluate, validate, and improve AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data and analytics

Who You Are





- Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or health data management
- Proven ability to design and manage end-to-end BI systems — dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
- Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
- Skilled in SQL and familiar with modern BI and reporting tools
- A strong communicator who can translate technical findings into transparent, compelling narratives for leadership audiences
- Self-directed and reliable when working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment

Nice to Have

- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI tools, large language models, or AI training workflows
- Background in health informatics, clinical operations, or population health analytics
- Experience working across multiple healthcare data domains — EHR, claims, operational, or financial
