About the Role:

We are looking for a Clinical Operations Coordinator who can take ownership of day to day clinical coordination and help ensure our teams have the support they need to deliver a high standard of care.

You will work closely with clinical staff, administrative teams, physicians, and management to improve workflows and maintain efficient patient services.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Coordination: Coordinate daily operational activities between clinical departments and administrative teams to help maintain efficient patient services.

Workflow Support: Monitor departmental workflows, identify operational challenges, and recommend practical improvements to clinical processes.





Staff Coordination: Assist with scheduling, departmental communications, resource coordination, and other operational requirements.

Patient Services: Help ensure patients receive timely and organized services by coordinating information between relevant healthcare teams.

Documentation: Maintain accurate operational records, reports, schedules, and departmental documentation.

Quality Support: Assist with quality improvement initiatives, policy implementation, and monitoring of operational procedures.

Stakeholder Communication: Work with nurses, physicians, administrative employees, and other healthcare professionals to resolve routine operational issues.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, clinical coordination, hospital operations, medical office management, or a related healthcare environment.

Education: Diploma or degree in healthcare administration, health services management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of clinical workflows, patient services, healthcare documentation, and confidentiality requirements.

Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities.

Communication: Clear and professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clinical and administrative teams.

Technology: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, scheduling systems, and other healthcare administration software.

Mindset: You are dependable, organized, and solutions focused. You can work independently while knowing when an operational issue requires support from management or clinical leadership.

Pay: $5,881.00-$7,553.00 per month
