This role emphasizes analyzing complex data and interpreting results, ideal for STPs nearing completion of their training.

Your responsibilities will include performing specialized investigations while ensuring the accuracy of results in a collaborative setting. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver clinical services adhering to national standards
- Process, analyze, and interpret complex samples




- Validate findings of registered and non-registered scientists
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Train junior staff and nurture new scientific skills Requirements:
- HCPC registration for band 7, or nearing completion for band 6
- Strong background in rare diseases or bioinformatics
- Excellent data analysis and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
