- Evaluate and provide expert feedback on AI-generated responses related to clinical systems, healthcare IT workflows, and technical troubleshooting
- Apply your hands-on knowledge of EHRs, clinical applications, and hospital infrastructure to assess whether AI outputs are accurate and practical
- Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI-generated clinical IT content
- Translate your understanding of clinical-technical workflows into structured,
actionable feedback
- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
Who You Are
- Experienced in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
- Skilled at troubleshooting and diagnosing clinical system issues
- Comfortable bridging the gap between clinical workflows and technical solutions
- Detail-oriented with robust written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with AI tools or large language models
- Experience training clinicians or technical staff on healthcare systems
