Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness of the store by performing detailed cleaning tasks in aisles, checkout areas, and backroom spaces
- Organize merchandise displays and ensure products are properly stocked and presented for the next day’s shoppers
- Support in closing procedures by verifying store security systems, locking doors, and ensuring all areas are secure before leaving




- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate closing activities and address any issues promptly

Requirements

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during closing shifts
- Capable of performing physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting merchandise, cleaning, and maintaining the store environment
- Knowledge of merchandising standards and store safety protocols is advantageous
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and ensure smooth closing operations
- Must be able to work all evening and weekend shifts
