ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create an energizing and upbeat atmosphere for members
- Maintain the HYPE aesthetic, culture, and mission statement
- Provide high-quality customer service and demonstrate problem solving solutions
- Go the extra mile for riders and your fellow HYPE team members
- Assist management in daily studio tasks and activities
- Assist instructors with pre and post-class bike and mat set up and post-class cleaning
- Assist with basic cardio theater, yoga studio and bathroom cleaning
- Answer phone calls, emails and work with our online booking system
- Assist with HYPE apparel and inventory
- Maintain product knowledge for all HYPE retail and apparel
- Assisting with the planning and launch of studio events
- Maintain a clean and sanitized reception and storefront
- Assist instructors with mic setup and ensuring classes begin on time
- Assist instructors with pre and post-class bike set up and post-class cleaning
- Assist with basic cardio theater and bathroom cleaning
- Assist our social media manager by creating HYPE social media material
- Be familiar and comfortable IG reels and Tik Tok content creation

- Customer service experience
- Positive and professional phone and email etiquette
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for health and wellness
- An active first aid certificate
- A flexible schedule with the ability to work 1+ of the followings; early mornings, nights, weekends
- Familiarity with IG reels and TikTok content creation
