Clubhouse Server

Main Duties & Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customers have a positive dining experience.
- Greet members and guests.
- Present menus and provide information about food and beverage options and make suggestions based on their preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale system.
- Communicate allergies, special requests and dietary restrictions to kitchen staff.
- Ensure food and beverage orders are correct beforehand and served in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer satisfaction throughout dining experience and address any issues promptly should they arise.
- Process payments and transactions with accuracy.




- Clean and reset tables when customers leave and maintain general cleanliness in dining room/deck areas, including workspaces throughout the day (counters, floors, shelves, etc.).
- Restock items when needed.
- Other variety of duties as required by management.

Additional

- Smart Serve certification is required.
- Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail is important to create a positive experience for all members and guests.
- Ability to work as a team in a quick-paced environment.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional.

Job Types: Part time, Seasonal Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
