About the Role

We are seeking CNC Apprentices eager to start a career in precision machining. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who want to learn, grow, and advance in the CNC machining field. You’ll receive hands-on training, guidance from experienced professionals, and the chance to develop your skills in a dynamic and growing company.

As a CNC Apprentice, you will work closely with skilled machinists and learn how to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines. You’ll gain practical experience and acquire valuable skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with setup and operation of CNC machines: Learn how to operate both CNC milling and turning machines.
- Tooling and setup: Gain experience in selecting and setting up appropriate tooling for different machining tasks.
- Blueprint interpretation: Learn how to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and charts.
- Learn manual G-code programming: Get hands-on experience with programming CNC machines to execute specific machining tasks.
- Precision measuring: Use tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure parts meet required specifications.
- Collaborate with the team:



Work alongside machinists to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

- Basic math skills and a strong interest in working with machinery.
- Attention to detail: Ability to work accurately and meet tight tolerances.
- Strong work ethic and motivation to develop new skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Education & Experience

- 1 year of CNC machining Experience Preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Working Conditions

- Shop environment with exposure to noise, sparks, grinding debris, and moving equipment.
- Regular lifting, bending, kneeling, sitting and standing for extended periods.
- Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have an attention for detail to ensure tight deadlines are met.
