Tiger Tool is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in machining, with a proven ability to set up and operate a variety of CNC equipment in a rapid-paced, precision-driven environment. This position is for our afternoon shift, from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, and applicants must be available to work these hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and mill/turn machines.
- Ensure high-quality, accurate, and efficient machining of components to specifications.
- Perform routine inspections and measurements to maintain tolerances.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise.
- Safely and effectively run multiple CNC machines simultaneously when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of machining experience in a CNC manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, and mill/turn equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and machining requirements.
- Experience operating multiple CNC machines concurrently is an asset.
- Familiarity with Fanuc and Okuma turning controls is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a production environment, including taking responsibility for multiple machines utilizing automation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour
