Stratford

General:

· VR3 Engineering specializes in the fabrication of high‑strength, lightweight tubing components and tube structures.

· VR3 designed and built special‑purpose CNC machines to notch both ends of thin‑wall tubes in one setup.

· VR3 has developed tube‑bending expertise to produce complex, pre‑notched and pre‑bent formed tubes ready for weld assembly.

· This process produces tubing kits ready for weld assembly out of the box and results in the best possible fabricated tube structures.

· Our process utilizes modern technology, engineering skills and automation to simplify and improve a traditionally manual process.

· Projects include airframe structures, performance vehicle tube chassis, industrial tube frames, specialized tube structures and creative‑artistic applications.

· Improving and expanding the capabilities, sizes, speeds and processes of tube‑notching equipment is an ongoing engineering and manufacturing challenge requiring hardware, software, machining and process development.
