- Running 3 axis CNC Vertical Machining Center
- Uploading program into controller
- Setting up parts, either in Vices or fixtures.
- Finding Zero location and performing Tool touch offs.
- Inspection of custom machined parts
- Deburring and polishing of aluminum and stainless parts
- Keeping shop area clean.
- Other duties as assigned
We are looking for an individual with an interest in CNC Machining. Candidate must know basics of CNC operations and G coding. Must know how to find zero and the functions of G54. Also must understand G43 tool touch offs and wear values. We are a custom Job shop that focuses more on one off parts rather then high production. This candidate must adapt quickly to working with multiple types of materials and performing many different set ups a day.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
