A high-growth, multi-entity platform operating across energy, sustainability, AI-driven sales, and technology sectors is seeking a Co-CEO to partner directly with the Founder. What You’ll Lead:

Venture / PE / Debt / Strategic & creative financing initiatives Scaling revenue across multiple operating companies Structuring capital solutions that fuel growth while preserving control Strategic partnerships, M&A;, and market expansion Oversight of performance across a diverse, entrepreneurial portfolio

Who You Are: 10+ years in finance, energy, or related sectors Proven experience scaling businesses $200M → $1B+ (or similar) Track record raising $50M+ across venture, PE, debt, or hybrid structures Solid sales leadership and capital strategy expertise Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused Why This Role: Co-lead a dynamic, founder-led platform at a pivotal growth stage Direct impact on capital strategy and long-term value creation Opportunity to scale businesses across energy, AI, and sustainability sectors Significant upside through performance and equity participation
