Role Description The Co Manager role at Danier is a full-time, on-site position based in Vaughan, ON. This role supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to company policies.
The Co
Manager leads and coaches the sales team to deliver an elevated customer experience, achieve sales targets, and promote Danier’s brand values and product knowledge. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling and supervising staff, handling customer inquiries and escalations, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring the store environment is clean, secure, and inviting.
The Co
Manager also contributes to training initiatives, helps implement promotional activities, and collaborates with leadership to drive continuous improvement in store performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail store leadership, including supervising teams, supporting daily operations, and assisting with opening and closing duties.
- Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to build relationships, resolve concerns, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and inventory management practices, ensuring products are well-presented, stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to motivate team members and foster an inclusive, respectful store culture.
- Ability to work on-site on a full-time basis, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required in a retail environment.
- Previous experience in fashion, accessories, or premium/luxury retail is an asset; familiarity with leather goods is considered a strong advantage.
- Comfort with basic technology and point-of-sale systems; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding Danier’s brand image.
