What You’ll Do Craft and serve classic and up-to-date cocktails to a high standard

Create a warm, engaging, and knowledgeable experience for every guest

Guide guests through the cocktail, wine, and spirits menu with thoughtful recommendations

Prepare drinks for both bar and dining room service

Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar

Complete daily bar prep and maintain high standards of presentation and consistency





Work closely with the FOH and kitchen teams to deliver smooth, seamless service

Follow responsible alcohol service practices and Alberta liquor legislation What You Bring Previous cocktail bartending experience required

Valid ProServe certification required

Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and wine

Confident, personable, and knowledgeable when engaging with guests

Passion for quality, creativity, flavour, and presentation

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
