We are seeking an energetic and personable Cocktail Server to join our hospitality team!

Duties

- Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of drinks and food items
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bar counters and dining spaces
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities
- Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, providing attentive service to ensure satisfaction
- Follow food safety guidelines during food handling and preparation, adhering to sanitation protocols at all times

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a focus on beverage serving
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables




- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation
- Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and interacting with guests
