Role: Cognos Developer

Location: Onsite (Toronto, ON)

- Develop and maintain Cognos reports, dashboards, and frameworks (Report Studio Analytics)
- Design data models, packages, and metadata layers for business reporting
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate into technical solutions
- Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance
- Support production issues, enhancements, and release deployments
- Integrate Cognos with enterprise data platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, Azure data services)
- Participate in testing (UAT), validation, and documentation

Required Skill Set:

- IBM Cognos Analytics Cognos BISQL, data modeling, and ETL concepts
- Report Studio
