We are looking for a solid, hands-on leader who can take ownership of commercial electrical projects, lead crews effectively, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

About the Role

As a Commercial Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of electrical work on commercial job sites. You will lead electricians and apprentices, coordinate with other trades and contractors, and keep projects moving while maintaining Spark's standards for quality, safety, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate electricians and apprentices on commercial job sites
- Plan daily work, assign tasks, and manage crew productivity
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Ensure installations meet electrical code, project specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate electrical work with general contractors, project managers, clients, and other trades
- Monitor project progress and identify issues before they affect schedule or productivity
- Ensure materials, tools, equipment, and labour are used effectively
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
- Provide leadership, mentorship,



and direction to crew members
- Maintain clear communication with project management
- Represent Spark professionally with clients, contractors, inspectors, and other stakeholders
- Take ownership of the quality and execution of work from start to completion

What We're Looking For

- Strong commercial electrical experience
- Previous experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and installations
- Ability to confidently read drawings, plans, and specifications
- Ability to organize crews, plan ahead, and keep projects on schedule
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to identify problems and take initiative to find solutions
- Professional, dependable, and accountable
- Someone who takes pride in their work and leads by example
