Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead and oversee plumbing projects within commercial construction environments. In this role, you will coordinate skilled tradespeople, ensure adherence to safety standards, interpret blueprints and schematics, and deliver high-quality plumbing installations. Your leadership will drive project efficiency, maintain strict quality control, and foster a collaborative team atmosphere.

Duties

- Supervise and direct the daily activities of plumbing crews on commercial job sites, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes accurately
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to meet project timelines and specifications
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to assemble, install, and repair plumbing systems
- Conduct heavy lifting as needed to move materials and equipment safely around the site




- Perform routine inspections of work sites to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions promptly

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems, HVAC components, and general maintenance procedures
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for accurate installation
- Experience with construction site safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics for assembly and repairs
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques relevant to plumbing installations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in demanding environments
