We are looking for a CDA to provide In- Home & In-Clinic services within Durham region, Ontario.

Position Summary

Successful applicants will be responsible for providing in-person services at our Oshawa clinic or in clients' homes. Availability during daytime, early evenings, and weekends is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

- Consultation, screening, and evidence based treatment of communication disorders with SLP supervision.
- Design a treatment plan using SMART goals, evidence-based information, relevant best practice guidelines, and clinical expertise
- Provide client and family centered intervention by building strong rapport with caregivers, with ongoing training and education




- Monitor client progress towards goal attainment and have the agility to adjust treatment plans according to changing needs
- Collaborate with colleagues within and across professions
- Manage own caseload and maintain complete records of therapy.

- Graduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Professional Liability Insurance
