As a Development Manager, you'll play a key role in Coveo's newly organized Product Engineering structure, helping our Explore organization deliver the next generation of AI-powered search and recommendation capabilities. We build the intelligent discovery experiences that millions of people use every day - from search and recommendations to conversational AI and personalized experiences across commerce, service, websites, and AI agents.

You'll lead teams solving challenging problems in AI, search, and user experience while delivering products that have a direct, measurable impact on how people find information and get things done. As one of our Development Managers, you will: Lead two or more software development teams working on strategic initiatives within our Explore organization. Provide technical leadership through architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews when appropriate.

Coach and develop engineers, supporting their career growth while building a healthy and high-performing engineering culture.



Help shape the evolution of our R&D; organization by contributing to cross-team collaboration, planning, and continuous improvement. Previous experience as a Development Manager leading two or more distinct software development teams.

Solid software engineering background with the ability to understand, review, and discuss production code.

Experience building Software as a Service (SaaS) products.

Experience leading teams working on machine learning or artificial intelligence products.

Experience leading organizations through periods of growth or organizational transformation. Passion for building high-performing teams while remaining close to technical challenges.
