ParaMed Home Health Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide community visits in Ontario, assessing abilities and needs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Pediatric in-home or school services and adult clients may be served.

You will develop client-centered plans, engage families, and work with equipment vendors to facilitate function, ensuring protected, effective care across settings.
