Living is seeking a passionate Registered Practical Nurse to join our team. This role will focus on delivering patient-centered care and fostering trusted relationships with residents and families. You will implement, evaluate, and adapt care plans, all while supporting unregulated care providers through mentorship. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide goal-oriented nursing care to residents
- Assess and document residents' clinical care needs
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team for effective communication
- Mentor and train unregulated care providers
- Ensure care plans are accurate and up to date Requirements:
- Active registration as an RPN in the province
- Robust clinical knowledge and experience with seniors
- Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
