Provide exceptional primary care as a dedicated Registered Nurse. Collaborate with a skilled inter-qualified team to ensure culturally safe, client-centered care across diverse healthcare environments. - Deliver client and family-centered care across multiple settings
- Conduct initial assessments and health coaching

- Facilitate transitions in the healthcare continuum
- Advocate for culturally aligned services and client empowerment Requirements:
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
- 2 years clinical nursing experience in primary care
- Valid BC driver's license in good standing
- Basic Life Support, Level C certification required
