Responsibilities

- Review processes and records for alignment with policies and requirements
- Research regulatory and industry requirements and summarize their impact
- Collect evidence, maintain compliance trackers, and document review results
- Support monitoring activities, audits, and issue remediation
- Prepare clear reports, metrics, and status updates for stakeholders
- Coordinate with legal, security, operations,



and product teams on compliance tasks

Qualification

Required

- Solid attention to detail, research ability, and written communication
- Ability to interpret policies and apply requirements consistently
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, documentation, and structured review workflows
- Sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information
- Ability to organize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment

Preferred

- Coursework, internship, certification, or project experience in compliance, audit, legal, privacy, or security
- Exposure to privacy, consumer protection, employment, financial, or technology compliance
- Familiarity with GRC, ticketing, case management, or document management tools
- Experience supporting an audit, policy review, or control assessment
