- Read and understand project-related contracts and subcontractor documentation to ensure project setup procedures align with contract terms and conditions

- Collect, reconcile, obtain approval for, and process project-related subcontractor payments, general expenditures, internal hourly payroll costing allocations, and other financial transactions

- Assemble client billing packages according to approval procedures and processes

- Maintain accurate and timely current and forecasted cash-flow data against projected cash flow in the financial model

- Assist the Project Manager in preparing monthly owner/consultant reports and internal reports

- Work independently and on-site at project locations

Requirements

- Post-secondary education in Business Administration/Finance

- 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience

- Equivalent combination of technical training and experience may qualify

- Ability to identify financial situations and produce logical solutions

- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and on-site at project locations

- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines

- Construction-environment experience is an asset

- Bilingual in English and French





- Must have or be eligible for Secret Level CISD Clearance

- Solid computer skills

- Experience with Word and Excel

- Comfortable learning internal management software
