About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Concierge to join our team. This position requires candidates to have a good level of Mandarin Chinese to assist with our diverse clientele. The Concierge will be responsible for providing top-tier service, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist with reservations, event planning, and other guest-related services.
- Utilize Excel for data management and reporting tasks.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the services, amenities, and activities available to guests.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle any special requests, ensuring that all needs are met promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

- Good level of Mandarin Chinese (speaking and understanding) is required.
- Strong proficiency in Excel for managing data and reporting.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Work Schedule:

- Flexible hours available: this position can be part-time or full-time.
- Available to work weekdays as well as weekends, depending on scheduling needs.
