Join our dynamic team as a Concierge/Security Guard, where your vigilance and customer service skills will create a safe, welcoming environment for all. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring smooth access management while maintaining a secure premises through proactive surveillance and security protocols. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive atmosphere while safeguarding property and personnel with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

- Greet visitors, staff, and contractors warmly, verifying identities and issuing access credentials as needed
- Monitor entry points to control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized individuals enter
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to oversee the premises and detect any suspicious activity
- Perform routine patrols around the property to identify security vulnerabilities or safety hazards
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary
- Maintain detailed logs of all access activities, incidents, and surveillance footage for record-keeping and reporting purposes




- Implement loss prevention measures by observing for theft or vandalism and intervening appropriately

Requirements

- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is highly desirable
- Robust knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV operation
- Ability to perform physical patrols and stand for extended periods while maintaining alertness
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with visitors, staff, and emergency responders
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
- Basic understanding of loss prevention strategies and security protocols
- Certification in security or relevant training is a plus but not mandatory
